Lunch @ Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers


T
here is nothing better than a proper meal, and this is what happened when I got invited to the wonderful lunch and cooking demonstration at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers, Creekside Restaurant. It was an amazing meal filled with flavors and love from chef Marish in time for 
the Valentine’s Day.

 We got treated into a 3 course meal of a starter, 3 choices of main course “fish, chicken and beef” and a heavenly selection of desert.

The whole atmosphere, food and service are remarkable not a surprise to the Sheraton High standards, so if you looking for a yummy lunch or dinner at a startling location you know where to go!  


Lobster, Tuna and salmon tartar with crème fraiche, caviar and champagne berry emulsion
Oven roasted Angus fillet with seared foie grass

 Pan fried black cod, bok choi with spiced mango and passion fruit coulis


Grilled corn fed young chicken breast with potato gratin, wild ruccola, and tallegio
